Job Responsibilities Responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Omni Channel platforms. To work closely with internal teams to define functional requirements and support the project implementation working in collaboration with internal engineering team and external vendor teams, to drive the smooth deployment, adoption and operations of these platforms. To define the requirements of ACD/IVR, call flow experts, extensive knowledge of CX experience requirements in terms of call flow, chat and social media. Post the initial implementation, you will be expected to drive the ongoing roadmap and configuration of these platforms, as required on an ongoing basis. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or similar field or equivalent work experience required. 6+ years in a Technical/Service role in software, telecommunications or in customer service, call/contact center and/or service delivery . Working technical knowledge of contact center software/ design/ functionality such as NICE, Genesys or Avaya Demonstrated technical problem-solving proficiency Excellent analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills with end-users/customers Proficient in Google Suite applications Interested candidates may apply through the application system or send it to .
