In order to foster its international production capacity Datawords is hiring, in its office in Makati City, Philippines, a Technical TrainingSpecialist
Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Training Lead in providing new members with training/onboarding to simplify

learning operations and processes through engaging materials and activities.

• Assist in the creation of instructor materials, such as course outlines, background material,

instructional materials, training aids, and so on.

• Continuously improve technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
• Assist in presenting the technical training requirements.
• Regular check-in with team members under training and assist when needed.
• Engage with a variety of software products, most importantly with LMS e-learning tool(s) and

Jira.

• Help on grading/assessing team member's performance following to the lead Trainor's

guidelines and identify areas of improvement to refresh the team.

• Assist in the delivery of follow-up/refresher training to production members that require

additional time to improve skill levels.

• Assist with the preparation and presentation of reports on the training program's key

performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree of any related course, background in teaching is a plus.
• With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience as Training Specialist or similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and creativity are required.
• An exposure with designing training programs and workshop is a plus.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google suites (Gsheet, Gdocs, Google Classroom, etc.).
• Knowledge of video editing (any tool).
• Knowledgeable in web development (HTML & CSS) / digital industry.
• Someone who is knowledgeable about technology and who is capable of quickly learning new

software.

• Experience working in any CMS software or Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) is a plus.

Additional :

• The trainer's primary goal is to prepare Digital Specialists to do their jobs effectively.
• This includes providing new hired staff with product knowledge and the necessary skills.
