Job Description
Job Responsibilities：
- Create and conceptualize impactful long and short form content that reflects Cobo’s products and services
- Align technical documentation with company brand voice and messaging
- Implement comprehensive technical documentation, feedback, and changes whenever possible
- Refine technical information and various other materials for explaining products and services and ensure they are error-free
- Suggest best practices and optimizations throughout content generation projects
- Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials including research, usability tests, and design specifications
- Maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Distributed Computing, Network Security or related field.
- Experience with finance, cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies will be a bonus
- 2 years of experience in technical writing or software documentation
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills
- Time management and organizational skills
