- Install, test, and commission various types of elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation systems according to specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of elevator systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and technical problems, and perform necessary repairs or replacements of components.
- Conduct regular safety tests and inspections on elevators to ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections performed on each elevator system.
- Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations while working at job sites.
