Responsibilities

Perform disassembly, inspect, repair and assembly functions of parts, components and accessories in Engine MRO facility.

Perform repair maintenance, troubleshooting or modification of engine parts in the workshop.

Perform cross-functional jobs in the repair operations process with a focus in Sheetmetal/ Welding/ Machining /Bonding/ Fiberglass/ Plasma Spray, or Painting etc.

Participate in production linearity projects and setup, housekeeping and other workshop activities as instructed by the supervisor.

Assist the Operations Leaders and Assistant Foremen in their day-to-day operations to achieve production targets and corporate goals.

Upkeep & maintain all operational tooling and fixtures.

Carry out SAP transaction and make necessary changes to works order in SAP.

Carry out proper documentation.

Actively support and participate in EHS, Continuous Improvement, ethics culture projects and any other corporate initiatives.

Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or any other related engineering discipline.

2 years of relevant experience in either Sheetmetal/ Welding/ Machining /Bonding/ Fiberglass/ Plasma Spray, or Painting skill is essential.

Experience in disassembly/assembly/inspection/repair in the aerospace industry is a plus.

A curious and learning mindset - we provide on-the-job trainings and certifications.

Internal applicant must be in current grade for at least 2 years prior to higher grade application.

Self-motivated to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.

Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Commit to work on rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime on need basis.

Experience in aircraft engine workshop practices and module operations procedures is a plus.
