Role

As our Logistics Lead (Rider Operations), you take full responsibility for our fleet operations. You lead the team that sets up and optimises processes, while running day to day operations to keep deliveries smooth. This role will be based in Singapore and will report into the Head of Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to implement new processes and execute flawless operations
• Optimize rider compliance framework
• Generate competitive insights that allow us to keep the edge in the market
• Analyse and track KPIs to enhance customer and rider experience
• Support commercial projects to provide operational guidance and resources
• Optimise operations through innovation and process development to implement best practices
• Supervise daily operations of support and onboarding staff

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting or in an operational role, preferably with a logistics background
• Proficient in Excel & SQL
• Track record of leadership with experience supervising teams
• Proactive and ambitious to lead independent projects
• Process oriented and data driven with knowledge in industrial best practices
• Interest in operations for e-commerce
