As a Maintenance Technician, Logistic & Spare Part Support you will be involved in:

Equipment for Spares

• Update & record equipment/items information into E4S tracker.
• Allocate space for storage.
• Assign part ID, print & paste on items before storage.
• Ensure 5S & housekeeping is maintained at all times.
• Stock count.

eWIP Repair Center

• Daily count of faulty spares. Ensure reported information are accurate.
• Update faulty spares information in tracker & eWIP Repair system.
• Load/unload and transfer thru & fro faulty spares from eWIP RC to internal repair center.
• Ensure spares are always available to support machine down scenario.
• Ensure repairer provides repair report /Certificate of Destruction.
• Communicate and prioritize repair with internal / external repairer.
• Raise repair PR/PO.
• Communicate & follow up with repairer on repair quote/ collection/return.
• Optimize storage space.
• Attend to user\'s on repair request.
• Create gate pass, shipping requisition (oversea repair) for external repair.
• Request for gate pass extension.

Profile

You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:

• NTC2 / Diploma in relevant engineering.
• Preferred 1 year working experience.
• Training will be provided for fresh Grad.
• Proactive attitude, independent and willing to work under stressful environment with time-line commitment.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Fast learner of new technical issues.
• Multi-tasking ability.
• Microsoft Applications (Excel, Words, PowerPoint..).
