About our client: Our client is an international facility management company.About the role: For Duty Technician only Respond to all complaints promptly including part replacement (e.g. tube replacement, water tape replacements, etc) Attend to fire alarm isolation if there are any requests Update all M&E equipment (e.g. ACMV system, Electrical system, cooling tower, etc) Walk through inspection checklist (e.g. perimeter checklist, water tank checklist, cooling tower checklist, and daily activities/preventive maintenance in the BMS Daily routine check water meter reading Responsible for general electrical fitting work, including installation of electrical equipment, electrical panel, electrical cabling, cable conduits, connecting of cabling, termination, etcAbout the role: For Mechanical Technician only Attend to requests related to mechanical systems in the building (eg: fire protection system, sprinkler, air compressor, etc.) Perform investigation and rectification works and update the Supervisor/ Technical Officers. Perform and ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to the maintenance programs and procedures. Carry out any ad-hoc maintenance or repair work as assigned. Ensure safety first when carrying out maintenance works. Update end-users on the status of the request.About you: Minimum Nitec or higher Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Good M&E knowledge to understand wiring diagrams, in order to carry out troubleshooting. Minimum 3 years in facility/building maintenance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
