Job Description

• Perform daily and ongoing preventive maintenance works to ensure the functionality of the building.
• Attend to requests and able to be hands-on and carry out troubleshooting, installation and repair works and follow up with service reports.
• Independently manage contractors and ensure the works are carried out according to requirements.
• Comply with workplace safety regulations.
• Support any after hours building needs and activities as required.
• Any other duties assigned by the immediate reporting officer or management.

Job Requirements

• Education qualification in higher NITEC or NITEC in Mechanical and Electrical Systems or Facilities Management
• 3-5years of related experience, preferably in a Food Manufacturing or Warehouse facility environment
• 5.5 day workweek
