Define and develop draft test procedures and inspection documentation, checklists.
Define test flow and sequence at system level.
Define test specifications for module/system level for Semiconductor equipment.
Read complex schematics.
Trouble shooting skills: To solve wiring issues, leak check, Software / PLC issues.
Develop test jigs and tooling to improve cycle time.
Identify and define Modular test capabilities.
Interaction with Hardware, Electrical, Controls, Process, and Software engineering teams.
He leak check under vacuum.
N2 leak check under pressurized conditions.
RoR: Rate of Rise specifications-Understand and trouble shoot.
Handle robots: Teach, Calibrate and fine-tune (specific to Wafer Handling).
