JOB SCOPE * Conduct incoming and outgoing quality control (QC) checks on electronic products * Prepare daily and monthly technical and QC reports * Handle incoming calls & walk-in customers a JOB SCOPE Conduct incoming and outgoing quality control (QC) checks on electronic products Prepare daily and monthly technical and QC reports Handle incoming calls & walk-in customers at the customer service centre when needed Sort and filter returned products Prepare 1-to-1 exchange items Keep department work area clear and tidy Help out at events when needed Ad hoc tasks as assigned by technical department and General Manager JOB DETAILS AND BENEFITS On-the-job training provided 5-day work week (variable day off depending on roster) Job location: Kallang (nearest MRTs: Aljunied via feeder bus, Potong Pasir) Punctuality incentive: $100 a month Medical coverage REQUIREMENTS Soldering experience preferred Familiarity with / interest in electronics preferred Good work ethic Willing to learn, works well in teams Fresh grads welcome (min. requirement: ITE)
