Responsibilities:

Report to Supervisor regarding on-site repairs and/or maintenance calls and upon job completion and collect next assigned work order
Conduct service and repair work in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines
Complete a minimum average number of site calls per day
Verify mechanical faults, replacement of spare parts and repairs
Ensure that necessary works are completed satisfactorily before seeking customer\xe2\x80\x99s acknowledgement on the service job done
Understand daily work targets, completed jobs and sales of parts
Test parts and systems to ensure that they are working properly, and that repairs and maintenance are effective
Ensure that on-site work safety requirements are complied with at all times
Maintain workshop cleanliness
Assist in ad-hoc projects when necessary

Requirements:

Minimum NTC2 or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 2 years of industrial equipment repair experience
Understanding and knowledge of the Automotive / Industrial Equipment operating environment
Understanding engineering drawing and schematic layout
Strong commitment to meeting customer\xe2\x80\x99s SLA
