What You'll Do:

Carry out operation, inspection, servicing, maintenance, repair and improvement works to the Gas Transmission Pipeline and associated facilities such as metering, pressure regulators, gas filters, gas leak detectors, offtake and line valve stations, involving cathodic protection system, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control equipment. Supervise contractor works to ensure operation and safety requirements are strictly adhered to. Assess site-specific risks and conduct daily toolbox meeting to identify and mitigate safety risks Conduct briefing of Safe Work Procedures for pipe laying, testing and commissioning of gas distribution works. Perform rostered standby duties and respond to network incidents

What You'll Need:

NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines Good grasp of using Microsoft applications, e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc. Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude Able to work independently, as well as in a team and in a challenging environment Possess a valid driving license and having own transport would be advantageous
