Job Description

• Build relationships with key technical decision makers and influencers in order to influence technology decisions both for customers to include company products, and internally for technology development decisions.
• Be recognized as an authority in a defined technology area. This can involve customer visits, promoting the company\'s technical expertise through presentations at trade exhibitions and conferences, scientific publications, and collaboration with company manufacturing sites.
• Provide high-level technical support to customers and/or internally in a defined technology area.
• Develop solutions to customer problems and provide training to the sales team, agents, and customers.
• Use a creative and viable approach to support new product launches and existing product ranges, including the development of new test methodologies.
• Design and carry out laboratory. experiments.
• Expected to identify opportunities for new projects.
• Enhance knowledge of market areas and relevant scientific techniques and communicate with the business as appropriate.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in skin/sun clinical testing of personal care formulations for claims supports Hands-on experience for in vitro SPF testing and skin care clinical studies measurements (eg. TEWL, Skin Colour, Hydration Analysis, Sebum analysis, Elasticity, etc.)
• Personal care formulation skills are desirable but not mandatory
• Be able to operate at a high technical level
• Advanced knowledge related to the technology area
• Effective team player and relationship builder
• People and project management skills
• Creative and tenacious with good planning and problem-solving skills.
