Job Description
Our client, an international insurance company in Singapore is looking for highly driven candidates to join their expanding business as a Telemarketing Specialist.Key Responsibilities: -
- Conduct telemarketing calls to promote and assist in the application of product with clear and concise product knowledge and references, to existing bank customers.
- Achieve channel bancassurance targets in partnership segments through telemarketing and referrals.
- Handle assigned Client list/ base and focus on establishing higher contacts to maximize penetration.
- Correspond with customers through phone, e-mails, fax and/ or other electronic communications.
- Handle customers\' enquiries and/or objections with confidence
- Diploma/Degree in Business or related fields of study
- A minimum 2 years of related work experience
- Possess CFMAS, M9, M9A, M5, and HI certifications.
- Relevant experience in telemarketing with track record in sales is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
