Job Description

Key Responsibilities:





Proactive Sales: Drive the proactive sales of Service Contracts via phone and electronic media to a defined list of dedicated target accounts.





Campaign Execution: Execute targeted telesales campaigns to generate new business opportunities.





Lead Management: Follow up on leads and enquiries, prepare compelling quotations, and close orders effectively.





Customer Understanding: Understand customers' needs and provide professional recommendations tailored to each client.





Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly call and sales targets.





Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our service offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.





Job Requirements:



Experience: Prior experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.





Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, excellent telephone communication, and proficiency with web and electronic tools.





Customer Insight: Ability to ask insightful questions and explore customers' additional needs.





Work Process Proficiency: Savvy with MS Office and experience working with SAP are a plus.
