What You'll Do

Make

outbound calls

to promote general insurance products to bank customers Convert

company-provided leads

into successful sales Cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize opportunities Consistently meet and exceed

sales targets and KPIs

Maintain accurate customer records in compliance with industry standards Deliver quality service while ensuring all calls meet

regulatory and compliance guidelines

What We're Looking For

Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent

Sales or telesales experience preferred (but not required - training will be provided) General Insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, HI) are a plus, but not mandatory Confident, motivated, and comfortable with outbound calling Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to persuade and engage Resilient and driven to achieve results
