\xc2\xb7 Assist with course administration, ie, registration
\xc2\xb7 Handle SkillsFuture Credit claims
\xc2\xb7 Call applicants to clarify issues, make payment etc
\xc2\xb7 Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
