Consolidate and maintain NACLI\xe2\x80\x99s training modules repository masterlist; and
Consolidate and maintain list of training resources (both physical and online) such as research papers, best practices, case studies, photo and video for development and review of training modules.
b. Tracking of Training Progress, Participation and Effectiveness
Consolidate training evaluation data and prepare draft training evaluation report; and
Supporting the dept in implementing measurement system(s) and processes to evaluate the effectiveness of NACLI training programmes.
c. NACLI Adjunct Faculty
Support Assistant Dean and Head in managing the appointment, deployment, engagement and recognition of NACLI Adjunct Faculty.
d. Management and Organisation of Department\xe2\x80\x99s Work
Provide secretariat support for meetings and other NACLI programmes including comms to stakeholders;
Assist in procurement process from preparing specifications for GeBIZ ITQs/ITTs to awarding of contracts in liaison with NACLI\xe2\x80\x99s Training Operations Department.
Requirements:
Professional qualification in administration or business management related fields
1 - 3 years of working experience, preferably outreach programmes, administration and event management
