Job Responsibilities:
- Review and maintain proper leasing documentation is in place and timely submission to relevant parties
- Maintain and compile occupancy status submission to authority and updating of tenancy records
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of submission of reports such as monthly gross sales turnover reports / audited sales reports and insurance
- Other general administrative and clerical duties
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Studies, Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences in general office responsibilities and procedures
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Comprehensive medical coverage
