\xc2\xb7 5-day (Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6.00pm; Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm)

Offered Salary

  • S$2,250 per month
Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Diploma holder

\xc2\xb7 Candidates should be tech-savvy, customer-centric. proactive with positive working attitude

\xc2\xb7 Good communication with writing skills in English (written / spoken)

\xc2\xb7 Previous working experience in a contact centre



\xc2\xb7 Handle call enquires through our hotlines or other channels such as email and webchat:

\xc3\x98 Understand customers\' needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns

\xc3\x98 Gather customer feedback and sentiments and escalate to the relevant parties for further actions

\xc3\x98 Guide callers in navigating the website and using the available services

\xc3\x98 Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with customers

\xc2\xb7 Assist in monitoring of contact centre performance and help to streamline operational processes

\xc2\xb7 Assist in auditing of calls and quality service calibration

\xc2\xb7 Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all escalations and feedback are attended to and addressed promptly and professionally.

\xc2\xb7 Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
