Responsibilities:
1. Provide a high level of professional customer service while replying to enquiries across Service Touchpoints (feedback, email and calls) within Service Level Agreement
2. Logging/Closing cases in Case Management Module (TREX) to ensure that all cases/feedback are logged properly
3. Prepare outgoing mails (Register, Local & Overseas) for postage
4. Facilitate courier deliveries/pickups while ensuring proper record keeping. Follow up closely to ensure timely delivery/pickups
Requirements:
1. G.C.E. 'A' Level or Diploma in any discipline, with relevant working experience in Customer Service
2. Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills
3. Strong problem solving and co-ordination skills
4. Possess ability to multitask and work independently
5. Good analytical and communication skills
6. Ability to work collaboratively within the client and with external partners
7. Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work
Working Days: 5-day work week (Mon to Fri)
Working Hours: TBC
Contract Period: 8 months
Salary: $11/hr
Location: near Buona Vista MRT
