• Be part of the vendor management team to guide vendors for registration in CapitaLandxe2x80x99s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, review vendor registration submission, conduct due diligence check to vendors and follow up with vendors to complete the registration process.
• Reply queries raised by internal users and external vendors on Ariba vendor management related issues. Coordinate with CapitaLandxe2x80x99s IT Service Desk and Enterprise System Management (ESM) team, and external vendors to fix vendor registration related incidents in time.
• Generate periodical report for vendor registration from CapitaLandxe2x80x99s ERP system.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Finance, Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
• Experience in using ERP, Procurement, or Vendor management system are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suites.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-directed with a xe2x80x98can doxe2x80x99 attitude.
• Demonstrates integrity and good work ethic.
