Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.What you will be working on:Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and support Let\' SEPAK, Multi-Sport Programme, FUN Starters programme requirements Support in outreach and sign ups to above sports programmes Support in managing and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (i.e Social Service Agencies, caregivers, persons with disabilities, coaches, sports centre staff, VEP, Team Nila volunteers and/or booking office, etc) for the smooth operations of all disability programmes Perform periodic quality checks of programme processes and outcomes and manage any issues that may arise Prepare programme and expenditure reports, when required General administration of programmes needs including venue booking in system, processing payment, data collection, attend to email/phone enquiries on programmes Support in other Business As Usual (BAU) related to Programme Innovation Team 2 (i.e. Play Ability, Play Inclusive, etc) Assist in events coordination and execution of SportSG & SportCares events (e.g. Football With A Heart, Hearts League and Get Active! Singapore, etc) Any other ancillary tasks and/or duties as assigned by Reporting Officer (RO) and/or SportSG Management through his/her RO.What we are looking for:Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service. He or She should embrace learning, technology & innovation. This role will be responsible for supporting the Programme Lead in the design, monitoring, and evaluation of sport programmes and other initiatives to improve the lives of vulnerable & at-risk children and youth, isolated seniors and/or persons with disabilities / special needs in our community in line with SportCares / SportSG vision and mission to change lives through sport. As part of Programme Innovation Team 2, officer will support the overall team functioning for Disability and Inclusion programmes and/or Children and Youth Programmes. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle. In addition, you should possess the following: Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, in any discipline Min. 1 year of relevant working experience with some experience in programme design, monitoring, and evaluation, preferred Prior experience in social service sector and/ or working with disability community & profiles is advantageous Empathetic and possess good interpersonal & communication skills Has a passion for sports and serving the community An appreciation of the role of sport in helping vulnerable and at-risk communities, and persons with disabilities and special needs Has attention for details, takes pride in his/her work and is highly accountable Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment A Team player with collaborative approach, within team(s) and across division within organisation Enthusiastic, self-starter who is able to work independently and takes initiative May be required to work on some weekend(s) Proficiency in MS Office suite (i.e Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)About Sport Singapore:Why We Do What We Do?
