Required to assist all the essential logistics and administrative paperwork, including procurement of services and supplies, gallery maintaining databases, compiling reports, printing, mailing as well as coordination of itineraries for couriers and guests for all the projects.
Ensure that the projects are closed off in a timely manner, to prepare and send off reports to the various parties after the project has concluded
