- 5 Days (Mon to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm)
Offered Salary
- S$2,150 per month
- Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level
- Confident in answering emails and telephone queries from traders
- Meticulous in checking through supporting documents and eye for details (expected to perform calculations)
- Proficient in MS Office e.g. use of Excel formulas to calculate correct refund amounts
- Use of digital tools for productivity and reporting purposes e.g. converting hardcopy documents into PDF and uploading them into shared folders, putting up reports, etc
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Process refund application on duties/GST that are overpaid or erroneously paid to Customs
- Engage refund applicants on refund related clarifications
