Respond to applicants enquiries via hotline/email and follow up on any outstanding documents required for assessment. Archive digital documents for each processed financial assistance application in the specified repository. Apply basic judgment in processing applications according to established guidelines. Skills and Qualifications: A-Level / Diploma holders. Good communication and customer service skills; clear, articulate, and professional telephone manners. IT savvy, systematic, and meticulous; proficient in MS Office (Excel, Email). Able to work independently and in a team, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.
