What the role is:The operating environment of the Public Service is undergoing fundamental and rapid change. The issues we face are complex and multi-faceted, which impact the way the Public Service operates and organises itself. To prepare the Public Service for these changes, we have begun the journey towards Public Sector Transformation (PST). There are currently more than 100 hotlines across the Whole of Government (WOG). The Contact Centre team in ServiceSG aims to work with agencies who own these hotlines to streamline and integrate these contact centres, especially those that provide related services. The goal is to establish a central ServiceSG contact centre that can address the queries of citizens across over 400 citizen related services, serving as an \xe2\x80\x9coutsourced shared service\xe2\x80\x9d for selected agencies. The team will also support surges in contact centre call loads for key agencies during peak periods, and act as the crisis call centre in a national pandemic or crisis.What you will be working on:[Key Responsibilities]: Temp role will be supporting the SP&L Managers with the following workstreams for Service Delivery officers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Short Term Immersion Programmes \xe2\x80\xa2 GIG Opportunities \xe2\x80\xa2 One Talent Gateway platform \xe2\x80\xa2 Employee Engagement events (For e.g. Awards, Townhall, etc.) Duties include, and not limited to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate and analyse reports from workstreams to provide timely updates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and generate EDMs (in partnership with Comms) to create awareness for workstreams and encourage registrations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle feedback and enquiries regarding workstreams from stakeholders who includes agencies and officers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide logistical support for all workstreams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify opportunities for process and product improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain the knowledge management (KM) for workstreams and ensure that all materials are up to date. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage administration and nominations for Service Awards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify suitable projects from Service Awards nominations for sharing with the larger service delivery community.What we are looking for:[Competencies Required]: \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic knowledge of statistics (producing tables/charts to explain trends) \xe2\x80\xa2 Innovative, curious, with an eye for detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Teams, PowerPoint & Excel) \xe2\x80\xa2 Good project and time management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Well-organised with good coordination skills (handle multiple stakeholders) \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communications and engagement skills (spoken and written) \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work under short timeline and in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Uphold confidentiality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creative and able to generate engaging content/EDMs Applicants will typically be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of the job posting.About Public Service Division:[About PSD] The Public Service Division (PSD) aims to build a first-class Public Service for a successful and vibrant Singapore.
