- 5 Days (Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6.00pm; Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm)
Offered Salary
- S$9.00 to S$17.00 per hour
Requirements
- Strong team players who are meticulous and proficient in MS Excel
- Candidates with at least 3 \xe2\x80\x93 4 years of related HR experience are preferred. Prior experience working with SAP or Workday platforms would be advantageous
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Assist in the data and records clean up as part of data migration efforts to a new HRIS system; from SAP to Workday
- Assist in creating templates/guides in relation to the new and upcoming changes in SOPs and processes
- Supporting the HR Business Partners in their recruitment efforts including scheduling of interviews, liaising with candidates, preparing employment contracts and keying of data into HRIS (depending on operational needs)
- Any other ad-hoc matters required
