Guest Service Agent - 6-month Contract (West/Up to $14hr)Job Summary:

• Up to $14 per hour

• Meal allowance

• 5 days

• Working Location: Central

Duties:

• Register and room all arrivals in accordance with Hotel standards, also to assist with guests\' luggage when required.

• Perform personalized check-in, check-out and room change procedures efficiently and promptly.

• Ensure all guest reservations data are entered into the Hotel system accurately.

• Attend to guests\' enquiries, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Initiate and maintain effective communication within the department and other departments.

Job Requirement:

• Open to work 5 days (shift hour)
