Job Description

• Process work pass application, renewal, and termination for workers.
• Prepare and conduct employee onboarding and offboarding process.
• Draft communication notices and letters and perform translation of documents.
• Perform interpreter role between Managers/Supervisors with foreign workers.
• Conduct periodic inspection of foreign workers' place of residence.
• Assist managers and supervisors on disciplinary matters.
• Process foreign workers' payroll, including verification of overtime work and attendance.

Job Specification

• Diploma in human resource management, business administration or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Experienced in drafting and translating documents
