Job Description
- To provide administrative support in new research system implementation activities
- Confirmation and testing of requirement, data checking and data entry
- Checking research proposals, budgets and reports for compliance
- Preparing various statistical reports
Requirements
- Min. Degree
- Meticulous and analytical
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases
- Excellent communications and organizational skills
- Able to multi-task and work effectively with staff and external vendors
- Candidates who have held administrative positions within a large organization will be advantageous
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 AM to 5.45 PM
- Fridays: 8.30 AM to 5.15 PM
- Lunch Break - 45 mins
- Pioneer area (School environment)
- Salary: Up to $4000 per month
- Contract Period: 6 months (with possibility to renew contract for another 3 months)
