Process grant administration requests and track the changes as well as expenses in the project reconciliation spreadsheet for each ongoing project
Process and check all documentation (grant administration, research hiring, research procurement and claims) to ensure that the claims comply with both the university's and funding agency's guidelines
Compile, maintain and manage record keeping and filing system of the research grants
Monitor and track the deadline for annual progress reports and final reports
Manage outputs database for annual research drivers, research grants database and research staff database
Arrange, coordinate and provide support for the organization of meetings, visits and events
Assist in MA/PhD and MSCP admissions tasks for August 2022 intake - Check application materials, update master list of applicants, chase outstanding documents, schedule interviews
Assist with filing of documents and records keeping
Assist with arranging field trip logistics, liaising with guest lecturers if required
Update master lists in shared folders, assist with data collation if required
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Min. Degree preferably with minimum 3 years' of working experience in an administrative role
Relevant working experience in claims processing and data entry will be advantageous
Organised, meticulous with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good Team Player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Proficient in MS Office
Working hours
Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM
Fridays : 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM
Lunch Break - 45 mins
