Job Description
Responsibilities
The role is to perform operation audits to track the performance of the team contractor. This includes:
- Planning the schedule and route of the audit areas for each month
- Checking and inspecting work performance of contractors daily job performance including area cleanliness, possible pest breeding, condition of green landscaping and infrastructure defects (e.g. uneven footpath, faded road signs)
- Submitting the identify audit findings into MSOs IT system.
- Including other assigned duties by supervisor
- Attention to details
- Interest in landscaping and gardening preferred
- Committed to ensuring the standards of municipal services delivery are met
- Physically fit to walk and stand for long hours outdoor
- Ability to cycle and have your own foldable bicycle would be advantageous
- Up to Diploma level with at least 3 years of work experiene.
3 months contract (With possibility for extension and renewal)
Weekdays only
3 days a week: 9am to 3pm
2 days a week: 2pm to 8pm
Location: Mostly in Tampines, Pasir Ris, and Punggol
