Job Purpose:
To be the central point of contact with Corporate travel agency and travelers to support employees on end to end business travel bookings
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all employee business travel booking except BOMs and department heads with PA support
- Manage all flights (including visa) and hotel bookings, alternative options comparison, ticketing and invoice checking
- Collaborate and coordinate with the corporate travel agency and travelers on travel requests
- Manage the Travel Mailbox
- Bi-weekly reporting
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in handling business travel bookings
- Ability to work under high pressure and willingnes to go to extra miles
- Ability to multi task, especially in handling multiple high priority travel bookings
- Reliable, resourceful, proactive team player & able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Meticulous, organised, perseverant and good communication skills
- MS 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
