Job Description


This is a temporary long term position attached to a MNC which is a water treatment solutions provider. Location: Tuas (transport is provided at Jurong East MRT station)

Duration: Immediate for 03 months/ ongoing

Job Scope

  • Responsible for supplier creation on customers’ portal or forms
  • Provide Quotations and SOC to customers
  • Provide Pick List and DO to warehouse
  • Responsible for billing, credit note and timely delivery
  • Provide technical support to customer during sales process
  • Liaise with Operation and Logistic department to achieve customers’ demands
  • Understand customers’ need and identify sales opportunities
  • Liaise directly with logistics to achieve required delivery
  • Responsible for the preparation of shipping documents
  • Attend to enquiries via walk in, email or phone calls
  • Ensure that all documents are filed in accordance with IMS requirements
  • Assist the Department with any ad-hoc assignments given by the Manager

Requirements

  • SAP (Training will be provided)
  • MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint / PDF
  • Sound knowledge of shipping procedures

Working Hours/Days

Monday to Friday, 5 day week
  • 8am to 5pm OR
  • 8.30am to 5.30pm OR
  • 9am to 6pm

Hourly Pay

$10 – $12.00 depending on experience and qualifications
