Temporary Customer Service Executive

Job Description
This is a temporary long term position attached to a MNC which is a water treatment solutions provider. Location: Tuas (transport is provided at Jurong East MRT station)
Duration: Immediate for 03 months/ ongoing
Job Scope
- Responsible for supplier creation on customers’ portal or forms
- Provide Quotations and SOC to customers
- Provide Pick List and DO to warehouse
- Responsible for billing, credit note and timely delivery
- Provide technical support to customer during sales process
- Liaise with Operation and Logistic department to achieve customers’ demands
- Understand customers’ need and identify sales opportunities
- Liaise directly with logistics to achieve required delivery
- Responsible for the preparation of shipping documents
- Attend to enquiries via walk in, email or phone calls
- Ensure that all documents are filed in accordance with IMS requirements
- Assist the Department with any ad-hoc assignments given by the Manager
Requirements
- SAP (Training will be provided)
- MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint / PDF
- Sound knowledge of shipping procedures
Working Hours/Days
Monday to Friday, 5 day week
- 8am to 5pm OR
- 8.30am to 5.30pm OR
- 9am to 6pm
Hourly Pay
$10 – $12.00 depending on experience and qualifications
