What the role is:
1 vacancy available for each contract perio 15 Jan 2024 to 12 Apr 2024 13 Feb 2024 to 10 May 2024 18 Mar 2024 to 14 Jun 2024 13 May 2024 to 8 Aug 2024
What you will be working on:
- Verify and check enrollment submissions for accuracy and completeness Efficient data entry of enrollment information into the system Follow up with students for outstanding documentation Processing and batching of financial schemes\' application and InterBank GIRO application forms Assist in managing phone and email inquiries Handle the processing of Financial Aid applications and claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance Undertake any other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor Undertake collection duties as necessary
- Tertiary qualification with at least 2 years of working experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Effective communication skills for handling inquiries and follow-ups Good time managing skills and able to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team
