1 vacancy available for each contract perio \xe2\x80\xa2 15 Jan 2024 to 12 Apr 2024 \xe2\x80\xa2 13 Feb 2024 to 10 May 2024 \xe2\x80\xa2 18 Mar 2024 to 14 Jun 2024 \xe2\x80\xa2 13 May 2024 to 8 Aug 2024
What you will be working on:
- Verify and check enrollment submissions for accuracy and completeness \xe2\x80\xa2 Efficient data entry of enrollment information into the system \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up with students for outstanding documentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing and batching of financial schemes\' application and InterBank GIRO application forms \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in managing phone and email inquiries \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle the processing of Financial Aid applications and claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake any other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake collection duties as necessary
- Tertiary qualification with at least 2 years of working experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communication skills for handling inquiries and follow-ups \xe2\x80\xa2 Good time managing skills and able to meet deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
