Job Description


The Undergraduate Studies division manages the academic journey of our students in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. We handle curriculum matters, timetable planning, course registration, examination administration, special academic programme administration and other academic-related matters. The incumbent will be part of this team to support its administrative tasks and new initiatives: * Manage the course registration exercise for undergraduates

  • Manage student academic programmes such as the CHS common core courses and multi-disciplinary minors
  • Manage the general administration of a unit (office of programmes)
  • Provide academic counselling to undergraduates
