If you share our vision and possess the qualities we seek, do join us!What you will be working on:You will provide support to the Finance Section in the implementation of a budgeting system. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Requirements Gathering: Ensure that all functional requirements are accurately communicated and captured (documentation). \xe2\x80\xa2 User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and support UAT, including preparing test cases, performing the test, tracking issues, and ensuring timely resolution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Data Migration: Assist in data preparation, cleansing and verification, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition to the new system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Change Management: Support the development and implementation of change management initiatives to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system.What we are looking for:You should be a Singapore citizen : \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous and a good team player who can work independently; \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multi-task and prioritise work; \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency with Microsoft Excel will be advantageous; \xe2\x80\xa2 Have some systems experience will be advantageous; and \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong written and oral communication skills.About Ministry of Transport:The Mission of Ministry of Transport is to develop Singapore\'s land, sea and air transport sectors so as to enhance our economic competitiveness and quality of life in a knowledge-based economy. MOT oversees the development and regulation of the following sectors: \xe2\x80\xa2 Civil Aviation and Air Transport \xe2\x80\xa2 Maritime and Ports \xe2\x80\xa2 Land Transport Besides providing an efficient and cost-effective transportation in Singapore, it also strives to make Singapore an international civil aviation and maritime centre for the region. The ministry sets the strategic and policy direction while operations and regulatory works are carried out by the statutory boards under its charge. There are four statutory boards which are established by Acts of Parliament: the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), the Land Transport Authority (LTA), the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) and the Public Transport Council (PTC). The ministry also oversees the operation of the Transport Safety Investigation Bureau (TSIB).
