Job Description
Job Purpose
To ensure that the frontline housing services are easily accessible to students during peak housing application period by hiring a casual management support staff (non-student) who can access confidential information.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide prompt and personable services to students over the counter, telephone and email for the services listed below:
- Guide students through housing applications
- Guide students through process for acceptance of housing offers
- Answer enquiries related to campus housing
- Handle feedback from students
- Provide advice on housing appeal and off-campus housing options
- Use various system applications to track telephone calls, counter volume and email volume
- Any other administrative support duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- GCE A-Level or Diploma, preferably with minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Warm, courteous and customer centric with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Professional and well groomed.
- Positive working attitude, team player.
- Meticulous, independent and proactive.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Enjoy working with young adults.
- Resourceful and committed.
