  • Up to S$4,000 per month
Requirements\xc2\xb7 Degree holder1. eResource Management Planning and Research\xc2\xb7 Conduct environment scans and market research to explore international trends and developments on eResources.2. Value chain of 3rd party commercial eResources\xc2\xb7 Vendor and contract management to support service delivery and day-to-day operations.\xc2\xb7 Manage eResource enquiries from NLB internal and external customers/parties.\xc2\xb7 Collate, track, and report eResources usage.\xc2\xb7 Support the discovery of NLB\'s eResources across NLB\'s platforms.\xc2\xb7 Support the review and update of eResource collections.3. Publicity and training of eResources\xc2\xb7 Support and collaborate with NLB divisions to execute marketing and communications plans to promote and sustain public awareness and interest in the use of NLB\'s eResources.\xc2\xb7 Support and facilitate training to staff on NLB\xe2\x80\x99s eResources.
