Corporate:
Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you'll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.
Responsibilities:
Primary duties will include:
Greet visitors, clients, and staff professionally
Notify relevant staff of visitor arrivals
Prepare and serve beverages
Keep reception and meeting rooms tidy
Assist with booking meeting rooms
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
Answer, screen, and transfer calls
Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
To land this role you will need
: Customer service oriented and detail-focused
Team oriented and able to work independently
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Minimum secondary education, ideally with one (1) year experience in a similar role
