What the role is:This is an 11.5 months temporary contract role in the Academic Affairs Department\'s Continuing Education & Training (CET) Admin team.What you will be working on:1. Plan, process and coordinate admissions, enrolment and examination activities for part-time courses 2. Handle queries and provide advice to course applicants / students / academic staff 3. Work closely with both academic and non-academic staff to ensure the smooth management of courses and administration of examinations 4. Manage and maintain proper records of students 5. Perform data verification and work with vendor to resolve system issues 6. Plan, implement and monitor projects and initiatives for part-time courses 7. Participate in TP and department\'s ad-hoc projects and initiatives 8. Collate data for reporting 9. Provide general administrative support for the division and maintain proper documentationWhat we are looking for:1. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferred 2. Meticulous with an analytical mind, problem solving skills, collaborative attitude and a good team player 3. Independent, self-driven, able to follow-through on projects and produce quality work 4. Strong communication (written and spoken), interpersonal, administrative and project management skills 5. Be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively within tight deadlines 6. IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint 7.
