Job Title: Temporary Staff
Job Location: North BuonaVista Road
Job Type: 6 months / Hourly Rated / Max $13 per hour

Key Skills: Administrative and Logistical Experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and logistical support for projects and training programmes
• Engage and work with project teams in the planning and managing of project
• Engage in frequent stakeholder contact and communication of key information to facilitate the delivery of project management activities
• Processing billings/payments
• Provide coordination and administrative support to online survey admin
• Provide coordination and administrative support to ensure proper and timely completion of projects
• Accurately manage, track and synthesize data using existing database infrastructures, use established data management systems and tools to generate reports and deliver assessments
• Smooth operation of training programs- virtual classes over Zoom, face-to-face classes, e-learning progs
• Preparation of logistics, materials, ordering of catering, zoom, evaluation forms, updating of training admin system- TREX
• Setup/clear training materials in classrooms
• Engage and manage organization Associates and Resource Persons for the smooth delivery of programmes.
• Assist the group in any other admin/logistic work.

Job Requirements

• Preferably relevant working experience in an administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within organization and with external partners
• IT savvy skills.
