Duties & Responsibilities
  • Attend meetings and diligently document customers\' specific requirements.
  • Generate and distribute Event Orders to coordinate operational logistics.
  • Supervise and manage on-site event execution and operations.
  • Lead a team of ushers during events.
  • Partnering Production Services in delivering a successful event.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, providing hands-on support throughout events.
  • Promptly address and resolve customer needs and issues during events.
  • Publishing events roster, organize the scheduling and deployment of Front-of-House Ushers.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of paperwork related to front-of-house operations.



Qualifications


1. Possession of a diploma in any field.
2. A minimum of 3 years\' experience in customer service, hospitality, or events-related industries.
3. Knowledge and a keen interest in the arts are desirable.
4. Previous experience in arts-related industries is a plus.
5. Demonstrated excellence in communication and customer service skills.
6. Proficiency in computer applications is essential.
7. Able to shifts (including nights, weekends and public holidays).
