Attend to general enquires at front desk and over the phone
Collate public/staff/student feedback, analyse results and trending
Maintain office supplies
Maintain storage room
Perform data-entry and printing duties
Sourcing of products and services
Support school event management and logistics
Support annual asset condemnation exercise
Other duties as assigned by the school
Job Requirements
Requirements
Min. GCE \'O\' Level
At least 2 years of working experience in school and has customer service experience
Proficient in MS Office applications and mobile phone apps
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition
Additional info
Mondays to Fridays: 9.30 am to 7.00 pm, 1 hour lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Contract Period: 01 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024 (with option to extend for a further period of 1 year)
