Responsibilities: Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company\'s cloud and industry Internet strategy. CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.
- Responsible for providing technical suggestions to enterprise customers from the gaming industry, and customising solutions based on customers\' business needs on cloud ecosystem
- Responsible for new game access, architecture evaluation, system construction, pain point mining and optimisation
- Responsible for the maintenance of infrastructure and components of the international gaming business; providing system reliability and operational support for our gaming business on cloud ecosystem while ensuring full business compliance
- Responsible for monitoring the functional status and operations of our cloud ecosystem for international gaming business; managing and troubleshooting the failures timely, and ensuring the normal provision of online game services
- Responsible for daily communication with the game operation project team; gathering and handling the operational and maintenance requirements from the project team
- Stay updated on the industrial trends of the development needs through the process of customer liaison, and promote the upgrade of Tencent Cloud offerings accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree or above in Computer Science or its equivalents
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and architecture design; prior experience in game development is highly preferred
- Experience in high-concurrency and high-availability business architecture design; familiar with game service framework, technical and business ecology is preferred
- Familiar with database (Mysql distributed database), network, middleware technology stack and application scenarios in game business
- Familiar with cloud computing and To-B business processes; rich experience in customer technical consulting, and excellent insight into business opportunities
- Personal attributes: Open-minded and optimistic with excellent adaptability with ever-changing and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communications skills in English and Chinese due to the need to communicate with internal and external stakeholders and systems/tools interfaced in Chinese language
- Possess cloud certifications from major cloud service providers with prior experience in cloud operation and maintenance are preferred.
