Who should apply?

A marine engineer/naval architect who is expanding his/her experience or exposure in Bids and Tender Management of a project. You will be a part of Tender Management Team, offering engineering-oriented and technical-focused assistance throughout the evaluation, formulation, and assessment of Tenders, spanning from Pre-Bid to Post-Bid stages. You will report to the Tender Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in thorough technical evaluations of tender documentation.
• Generate pertinent technical inquiries during the Pre-Bid Clarification phase.
• Devise suitable technical remedies by collaborating with pertinent departments, stakeholders, and service providers.
• Develop essential technical paperwork essential for tender compilation.
• Ensure that all created and submitted documents adhere to tender prerequisites and align with company protocols, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Construct appropriate replies and paperwork for Post-Bid Clarifications.
• Maintain up-to-date engineering and technical expertise encompassing vessel designs, equipment, and pertinent technological advancements pertinent to tender proposal.
• Maintain a repository of technical data from previous tender submissions.
• Aid the Engineering Team in forming design specifications for awarded tenders.
• Undertake additional fitting duties as instructed by the Tender Manager.

• Minimum of a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architect, or a related field.
• Accumulated 5 years of experience within the Marine Industry, particularly in Technical or Engineering capacities.
• Possess experience in designing, shipyard engineering, and working with relevant classification societies.
• Acquainted with proposals and projects related to new constructions.
• Knowledgeable about Offshore Support Vessels (OSVs) or equivalent maritime vessels.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Competent in utilizing AutoCAD or analogous software.
• Strong communication skills.
