Job Description
- Position title : Project Executive
- Location: Changi North Street
- Working Days: Monday-Friday( 5 days)
- Working hours : 8.30am to 6pm / 9am to 6.30pm
- Salary : $3000 to $5000
You will deliver account servicing and project management. In addition, you will create and implement guidelines and strategic plans to optimise business' potential for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all project enquiries and sales
- Review tender documents and summarize critical information
- Prepare all necessary documentation, follow up on tender queries and monitor progress
- Coordinate with internal team and external parties (tender team/government agencies/authorities etc.)
- Manage relationship with clients and ensure projects meet deadlines
- Monitor market for upcoming tenders, obtain information and secure growth opportunities by initiating/sourcing new projects
- Bachelor's Degree
- Possesses 2-3 years project management experience including tendering
