• Be the representative of Singtel to meet with resident
• Engage and interact with customers face to face
• Arrive at sales events / Tengah BSC on time to engage with customers
• Deliver given sales targets
• Liaise with customers on Service signed related products
• Liaise with sales support on any order or customer\xe2\x80\x99s issue
• Educate accurately and convincingly to customers on SingTel product
• Able to give advice to customers on customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs on Singtel services like installation for Fibre.
• Managed customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectation for the service and installation
• Provide accurate and correct information for customers to compare our service with other Telecos.
• Provide excellent follow up with customer on any enquiry
• Follow duty roster
• Attend sales meeting / training for the latest promotion.
• Able to learn and provide excellent sales services in various sales environment. (Road Show / Tengah)

Skills for Success

• Min O Level / N Level qualification
• Good English proficiency
• Comfortable to talk to people
• Comfortable with shift work and to travel across different work locations (see below for timings)
• Good to have: sales experience
